I had to inform 12 today that people in Oklahoma are not all cowboys and don't all live on cattle ranches. Much the same way that people in Alaska are not all Eskimo's and live in igloos. She was surprised.
I am so very much going to miss the family dog here Sampson. I've been taking him for a walk everynight to get some exercise and he is the best thing ever. I'll try to get a pic up of him when I can. He comes to sleep with me now, and he just nosed his way into the computer room to lay under the desk while I type this. :( I'm guna miss Sami.
You know how in OK there are a lot of things named with indian-ish names? Owasso, Skiatook, Muldrow, Tulsa, Potau, etc? Well here there are a ton of eskimo-ish names. Manashka, Chiniak, Karluk, Ashiok, and Ouzinke. I can't even begin to pronounce some of these! It drives me insane. Manashka is Mohn-Osh-Kah. Idk, maybe that was obvious but when I was reading it I couldn't figure it out...
12 wants me to take her to the library. So, you know, duty calls. I wish I had a little sister full time. :(

At first I thought you said you had to inform 12 people, but then I finished reading the post and re read the begining. Yup.
Long explanation of who said it short, a guy was speaking in austraila and the audience over there stil thinks OK is cowboys, teepees, and indians. tsk tsk. I actually think its funny, i only get defensive when we are accused of being..never mind i wont go into that :)
